I call all my orders in and have found the ladies on the phones to be very friendly and extremely efficient. I either get lazy or confused sometimes and don't always have the proper order information ready when I call. But they seem to read my mind and always come up with just what I needed. This is such a great help and time saver. The gentlemen who delivers the products does a great job. He is always pleasant and courteous - remembers the office idiosyncrasies. One of the things I most appreciate is how he is always very concious of carrying the heavy boxes into the proper room to spare me the heavy lifting and moving. I also appreciate his remembering to pick up some item that I may have set aside (and forgotten) for return or exchange. Again, this is a great help to me - my desk is cluttered enough. We receive deliveries daily from our many electrical suppliers and while they are all courteous, your gentlemen is definitely a cut above the rest. When I started working for Reagan Electric Co., Inc., I thought I would prefer to do business with a "local" office supply here in Portsmouth. I did make a few purchases from them and while they were also courteous and efficient, I felt and continue to feel that Goodwin's has a positive edge over any other company I've dealt with. So, after that initial trial period, I now order exclusively from Goodwin's and their people are what makes the difference. One last remark I would like to add.
